Because our services involve time, expertise, and customized deliverables, they are considered "intangible services" and are generally non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
-Service Not Delivered:
If a service you paid for has not been delivered and the engagement has not yet begun, you may request a full refund.
-Administrative Error:
If you were charged incorrectly due to an administrative mistake, we will promptly correct the issue and issue an appropriate refund.
-Service Deficiency:
If you believe the service provided does not meet the description or agreed scope, you may contact us within 7 business days after service delivery to request a review. Refunds under this circumstance are not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

-Include your full name, date of service, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of service delivery or the original scheduled delivery date (whichever is earlier).
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
4. Refund Processing
-Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
-Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
-If substantial work has been completed or consultations have been delivered as scheduled.
-If services were canceled by the client after the work had begun.
-Dissatisfaction due to client expectations that fall outside the scope of the written agreement.
-No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before a scheduled session).
